Response times
We commit to replying within six hours and usually answer far faster during business hours in China. If you message overnight in your timezone, expect a reply by the time you wake up. During peak periods (major sneaker releases, holiday rushes) responses can sit at the longer end of that window, but six hours is the ceiling we hold ourselves to.
